Position Overview:
Mana Resources is seeking a Qualified Intellectual Disabilities Professional (QIDP) to oversee and support services for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DD). This position plays a vital role in ensuring participants receive quality care, individualized support, and meaningful opportunities for growth and independence.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys leadership, problem-solving, staff development, advocacy, organization, and building positive relationships with participants, families, and care teams.

Responsibilities Include:
• Developing and monitoring individualized support plans
• Coordinating services and interdisciplinary care teams
• Training, educating, and supporting direct care staff
• Reviewing documentation and ensuring Medicaid/DD compliance
• Advocating for participant goals, rights, and needs
• Monitoring participant health, safety, and quality of care
• Ensuring excellent program quality and service delivery
• Communicating with guardians, case managers, therapists, and medical providers
• Conducting participant visits and oversight as needed
• Supporting overall program operations and continuity of care

Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in a human services-related field
• Experience working with individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities
• Experience writing and implementing behavior plans or skill-training programs
• Knowledge of Medicaid/DD documentation requirements
• Staff training and participant oversight experience
• CPR/First Aid Certification
• Idaho Department of Health & Welfare Criminal Background Clearance
• Valid driver’s license
• Reliable, insured, and registered transportation

Compensation:
Pay is based solely on experience, qualifications, and references.
